Meet the Senior Team

Chris Burnett – Commercial Director

Chris is an experienced recruitment consultant with a number of successful years in IT recruitment. He started his career as a rookie in a well-known London firm before moving out to a leafy town in Berkshire where he continued his career in IT recruitment. After a number of fun years there the penny finally dropped and the opportunity for him and a friend arose to set up IT People First. Chris believes in high standards and he always goes above and beyond to offer his clients and candidates the best service on the market.

Aside from recruitment Chris is a keen hockey and cricket player and represents Marlow Hockey Club and Boyne Hill Cricket Club respectively. Chris is a keen Wycombe Wanderers fan and can be found in the stands when he is not playing sport or recruiting.

Glenn Bowden – Account Director

Glenn is an experienced Account Director with a number of years in IT recruitment. Working with Key clients on service improvements and establishing partnerships. Glenn works closely with his clients to fully understand the challenges of their business. This allows him to work with his clients on a holistic offering, providing support on both permanent recruitment and consultancy. Working with multi sector clients covering Retail, e-commerce, Digital, Telecommunications, Government, Public Sector, Finance and Banking.

Away from work Glenn enjoys playing football and socialising with friends and family. He follows Tottenham Hotspur Football club and when he is not playing himself will get down to watch as many games as possible. He enjoys travelling and visiting his family abroad.

Jake Pidgley – Business Development Manager

Jake started his career working for BT as an Account manager before taking the plunge into the wonderful world of IT Recruitment. He began at ITPF as a Junior Business Development Manager and after a successful and rewarding first year became a member of the senior team and now he heads up all business development for ITPF. Business development is a true passion of Jakes’ as he never stops talking in the office.

Jake is a life-long dedicated arsenal fan and constantly goes to home games. He cannot go a day without constantly checking sky-sports for any news on Arsenal (mostly just news on injuries). In his spare time, Jake enjoys socialising with friends and is a fantastic skier and covers his office desk in origami.
